The settings of TCP/IP environment include host IP, subnet mask, gateway, DNS, and WINS.
It is not a simple task to correctly configure all the computers in your network.
Fortunately, DHCP Server provides a rather simple approach to handle all these settings.
In order to utilize this function, you must define the range of IP pool, that is, IP Pool Starting Address and IP Pool Ending Address.
The setting of Domain Name is optional. This information will be passed to the client. Some ISPs require you to configure this item, such as @Home.
